To participate in betting and gaming activities on tetoto, you must create a personal account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, residential address, and nationality. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one account on the tetoto platform. Creating multiple accounts (also known as "duplicate accounts" or "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these terms. tetoto reserves the right to close duplicate accounts, void all wagers placed from such accounts, and confiscate any associated funds or bonuses.
Before you can make a withdrawal, and at any time during your use of the platform, tetoto may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. This typically involves submitting a copy of your Indonesian identity card (KTP), passport, or driver's license, as well as proof of address (utility bill, bank statement) dated within the last 3 months. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tetoto account credentials (username, password, two-factor authentication codes). You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify tetoto immediately via email at [email protected].
tetoto accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25,000. Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly, though delays may occur due to payment processor maintenance or banking system downtime.
You confirm that any funds you deposit into your tetoto account are your own legitimate funds and are not derived from illegal or fraudulent activity. tetoto reserves the right to request proof of funds or source of wealth at any time.
Withdrawals can be requested at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise agreed with tetoto support. Average withdrawal processing time is under 3 minutes, though complex cases requiring additional verification may take up to 24 hours.
tetoto does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your bank or payment provider may impose its own fees, which are beyond our control.
tetoto is committed to preventing money laundering and complies with all applicable anti-money laundering regulations. As part of our AML procedures, deposits must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be processed. Suspicious transactions, unusual deposit/withdrawal patterns, or failure to provide requested documentation may result in account freezing pending investigation.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback, and promotional offers provided by tetoto are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, expiry dates, and withdrawal restrictions. Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also called "rollover" or "playthrough" requirements). For example, a Rp 100,000 bonus with a 30× wagering requirement means you must place Rp 3,000,000 in total wagers before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash. Different game types may contribute differently toward wagering requirements (e.g., slots 100%, table games 10%).
All bets are governed by the specific rules of the game or sport in question. For sports betting, official league or governing body rules apply. If a match is postponed, suspended, or abandoned, bets will be settled according to tetoto's published sports betting rules (available on the platform).
tetoto reserves the right to void any bet, refuse a bet, or limit stake sizes at its sole discretion, particularly in cases of suspected fraud, collusion, technical errors (e.g., incorrect odds), or regulatory compliance.
Live (in-play) betting odds change rapidly based on real-time events. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the moment your bet is confirmed by tetoto's system. If a significant event occurs between the time you place a bet and the time it is confirmed (e.g., a goal is scored), tetoto reserves the right to reject the bet.
All casino games (slots, table games, live dealer games) use Random Number Generators (RNG) that are independently tested and certified for fairness. Game outcomes are determined entirely by chance and cannot be predicted or manipulated. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are displayed in the game information and reflect long-term statistical averages, not short-term results.

To the fullest extent permitted by Indonesian law, tetoto, its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of profits, loss of data, or service interruptions. This includes damages resulting from technical failures, software bugs, network outages, or errors in odds or game results.
tetoto does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. We may suspend or restrict access to the platform at any time for maintenance, upgrades, legal compliance, or other operational reasons.
If you have a complaint or dispute regarding your account, a bet settlement, or any aspect of the tetoto service, you must contact our customer support team at [email protected] with full details of the issue. We will investigate and respond within 7 business days.
If the dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process, both parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of the Indonesian National Board of Arbitration (BANI). The arbitration shall take place in Jakarta, Indonesia, and be conducted in the Indonesian or English language.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any legal proceedings arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia.
tetoto reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time if you breach these Terms & Conditions, engage in prohibited activities, or if we are required to do so by law or regulatory authority. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (excluding forfeited bonuses) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
You may request to close your account at any time by contacting customer support. You are responsible for withdrawing any remaining balance before closure.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
